We design the whole thing around how you actually use your home, then install it as one fixed-price job. Radiators are usually the part of a central heating system that gets ignored until they go cold at the bottom or develop a pinhole leak. We install new radiators (panel, low-surface-temperature, designer column and vertical) and we replace old ones as part of a wider system upgrade or as one-off jobs. Add or move a radiator in a single room, balance the whole system after a refit, or swap a tired radiator for a higher-output replacement. Repair-side cold spots and sludge are usually solved by a central heating power flush rather than new radiators, and we will always quote the cheaper-first option.
Cold radiators at the bottom, a noisy boiler, slow warm-up: these usually point to sludge in the system. A powerflush clears it and protects a new boiler’s warranty. If your problem is a sudden fault rather than a tired system, central heating breakdown repair is the better starting point. I have used Basi for a number of years and this is the 3rd boiler they have fit for me. They are very easy to deal with, offer advice and a quick competitive quote. I wanted to leave a massive thank you to Jaspal and Kultar for their incredible help recently. One of our tenant's properties had a boiler breakdown, and since it was 13 years old, it just wasn't worth repairing. I called Basi Heating, and Kultar managed to get out to the property that very same morning. It was a freezing day, and the situation was urgent because the tenants were struggling without heat or hot water—made even more critical as their grandfather lives with them. Despite being busy, Kultar managed to squeeze us in to ensure they weren't left in the cold. He handled the survey efficiently and clearly explained the situation. Got in contact with basi heating. As my old boiler wasn't safe to use. Within 5 working days they booked me in for a new boiler to be installed. The engineers arrived within the time frame given. Very professional and the installation of the new boiler is excellent. Fantastic customer service all round. Highly recommend. And will be using basi heating for the servicing of the boiler. When required.

A full system with boiler, radiators and pipework is quoted as one fixed price after a home survey. Boilers start at £1,695 fitted; a complete new system depends on radiator count and pipe runs. We write the price down before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the final bill.
A powerflush forces a cleaning solution through the system to clear sludge and rust that cold-spot radiators and a noisy boiler usually point to. We recommend one when fitting a new boiler to an older system, so the warranty stays valid and the heat circulates properly.
A straightforward system is usually two to three days. A full design with new pipework, extra radiators or a boiler relocation can take longer. We give you a clear timeline with the fixed quote and stick to it, with no sub-contractors in your home.
Yes. We add radiators to cold rooms, move them for a refit, and rebalance the system so every room reaches temperature. We quote the extra pipework clearly before starting, never as a surprise added at the end.
